Methods of delivery

The order preparation is performed from Monday to Friday, except public holidays. Thus orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday. Each order is prepared within 48 working hours, and then returned to the carrier for delivery to the address provided previously during the order confirmation. You can at any time follow the evolution of your delivery Memo by accessing your account. Memo uses the services of Colissimo carrier for deliveries in France and Fedex for all deliveries outside France.

The parcel will be delivered directly to the address specified when ordering. In case of absence a notice will be left in your mailbox. It is your responsibility to ensure you collect the parcel on time as per the carrier’s indication; Memo declining all responsibility for failure to withdraw the goods. However if, beyond the expected delivery time, you would not have received a transit advice; remember to check the progress of your package or to contact Memo by email at info@memofragrances.com Upon receipt of the order, it is your responsibility to verify the conformity and condition of your products in the presence of the carrier and inform Memo, if necessary, about any apparent defects.

If the "Store pick" would have been selected when ordering as the delivery address, a mail will be sent informing you of the availability of your order. The latter will have to be picked up within 7 working days at the following address:
