On the Mediterranean's greatest lady guards Mount Etna. The spirit of the volcano, its sovereign presence. Basalm fir and white leather. An island of character, made for a zesty, energetic, eruptive leather accord. Warm and invigorating simultaneously. From the alleys of the vibrant Palermo, between cardamom and coriander seed oil, on the flowery heights of Taormina, a violet-leaf accord, into the Valley of the Temples, the beautiful Sicilian soul unfolds. In its lands, in its mountains, a path of resins and woods winds its way.Cedar atlas oil, gaiac wood oil. For her, a perfume that is as telluric as it is aerial, which allows the encounter of water and fire, and leather.

Perfumer's inspiration

"Leather has always been a favorite ingredient of mine. So it was definitely the perfect fit to work with Memo and their successful collection of Cuirs Nomades. We wanted to discover a new side of Leather, fresh bright and energetic, and Sicily helped us achieve this with its zesty citruses, Lemon, bergamot, and strong and volcanic Contrasts. What is also interesting in the formula is this very strong green leafy captive ingredient, called violet nitrile which drives from top to base and connects perfectly with the skin and leathery notes. Violet notes have always been used in classic leathery notes, and violet nitrile refreshes the family."

This is great spring/fall fragrance. Reminds me of Mancera Cedroit Boise Intense but with more leather, which I'm all for. Really like this.

Great fragrance. Smells a lot like cedrat boise by mancera to me, with a heavier more dominant leather note. I’m not too big on leather scents but this is perfect to me. Maybe a little more masculine/ mature than cedrat boise. Women seem to like it a lot and for me I would’ve been happy if I blind bought a full bottle. Very versatile, signature worthy fragrance that’s unique and long lasting. Would buy a full bottle if I could afford it.
