Shams means "sun" in Arabic. Legend has it that the Persian god Mithra climbed into his gold-covered chariot at dawn and whipped his horses forward to pull the sun across the sky until dusk. But at nightfall, it was swallowed by a man, only to return to life at dawn... The heat makes our hearts swell in a hand-to-hand combat of pepper, ginger and saffron. Dark but nice

I really liked the description of the fragrance as a dark but also nice summer fragrance on a hot day. To be honest i have to admit i imagend it to smell a bit different but not in i bad way, i really love the scent. I do have to say i would recommend to test it very intensly because the scent is really special, but definetly not something for EVERYONE.
