Delivery and Shipping Costs

In order to guarantee a smooth delivery of your order, all our packages have trackable shipping – delivery on signature. Orders are shipped within one to two working day(s). Shipping costs are automatically calculated as your order is confirmed, based upon the delivery destination and the chosen shipping method.

NB: the transportation of fragrances is subject to regulations that require additional taxes. These extra charges are included in our transportation costs.

All shipments of flammable good must be declared and dispatched as Dangerous goods. This includes perfumes. Alcohol is a flammable substance and this requires a special packaging and complicated process of transport. Due to this strict transport regulations, transport costs are more expensive. This also means that there could be some delays in shipment. We are not allowed to ship items containing alcohol (perfumes) to some countries. Our most sincere apologies for the inconveniance.

Memo Paris offers free shipping to certain countries and depend ending on the value of a single purchase.

If your order benefits from free shipping, the delivery cost will be removed on the final payment page.

France

Option 1: Colissimo Home Delivery

Package delivery at home address within an average of 48 hours, between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. (two working days – indicative time frame)

This is a postal service (French Post) subjected to the conditions of Sales of La Poste.

In the incident that the recipient of the package is absent, a delivery notification will be left at the address. The recipient may then request a second delivery or may pick up the package from the post office designated on the notification. The package must be picked up within 15 days; after this period, the package is returned to the sender. Any costs associated with a second delivery shall be attributed to the buyer. Delivery times are purely indicative and any delivery delays will not give cause for damages or compensation. The company MEMO International SA is not liable for any strikes, bad weather or any other emergency cases that would cause delivery delays. Items are delivered to the address given by the customer when placing his/her order.

Option 2: 24-48hour Premium Service

Package delivery at home address within 24-48 hours.
Delivery on signature.
The package can be tracked using the identification number given when the package is shipped.

Europe

Reception of the order

The order preparation is performed from Monday to Friday, except public holidays. Thus orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday. The customer is responsible for verifying the state of his/her order and its contents upon its arrival. The customer must also write down any concerns or issues on the delivery notification if the package appears to have been opened, damaged or suffered any other mishandling. If the ordered items are damaged, do not accept the package, explaining clearly why. We encourage you to contact our Customer Service within 72 hours of receiving your package with details of your complaint. Signature without reservation constitutes acceptance of the package as is and MEMO International SA cannot be held liable for any incidental damage from shipping and transportation.

The parcel will be delivered directly to the address specified when ordering. In case of absence a notice will be left in your mailbox. It is your responsibility to ensure you collect the parcel on time as per the carrier’s indication; Memo declining all responsibility for failure to withdraw the goods. However if, beyond the expected delivery time, you would not have received a transit advice; remember to check the progress of your package or to contact Memo by email at info@memofragrances.com Upon receipt of the order, it is your responsibility to verify the conformity and condition of your products in the presence of the carrier and inform Memo, if necessary, about any apparent defects.

If the "Store pick" would have been selected when ordering as the delivery address, a mail will be sent informing you of the availability of your order. The latter will have to be picked up within 7 working days at the following address:
