Shipping policy
Free shipping is offered on orders from 100€ within the European Union, from 150€ in the rest of Europe, from NOK 1,600 in Norway, from £150 in the United Kingdom, from CHF 100 in Switzerland, from AED 1,000 in the United Arab Emirates, from HKD 2,000 in Hong Kong SAR, and from 500€ for the rest of the world (see the table below). Customs duties and other local taxes may apply and are the customer's responsibility for shipments outside Europe.

Cyprus and Finland: standard delivery by DHL Express (10.5€, free from 100€). Andorra, Guernsey, Jersey and Moldova: DHL Express at 19€, free from 150€. Northern Ireland: same rates as the rest of the United Kingdom (£12, free from £150), delivered by Colissimo, with a DHL Express option at £28. Where no standard option is listed, express delivery becomes free from the threshold shown.
To guarantee a smooth delivery of your order, all our packages have trackable shipping with delivery on signature. Orders are shipped within one to two working days. Shipping costs are automatically calculated when your order is confirmed, based on the delivery destination and the chosen shipping method.
Please note: the transportation of fragrances is subject to regulations that require additional taxes. All shipments of flammable goods must be declared and dispatched as Dangerous Goods, which includes perfumes. Alcohol is a flammable substance and requires special packaging and a more complex transport process. Due to these strict transport regulations, shipping costs are higher and some delays may occur. We are not authorized to ship items containing alcohol (perfumes) to certain countries; we apologize sincerely for the inconvenience.
Free Delivery
Memo Paris offers free shipping to certain countries depending on the value of a single purchase. Please select your shipping destination from the list of countries at checkout to display the available shipping charges. If your order benefits from free shipping, the delivery cost will be removed on the final payment page.
France: Mainland Only
Option 1. Package delivery to home address within an average of 48 hours, between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. (two working days, indicative time frame). Delivery on signature.
Should the recipient be absent, a delivery notification will be left at the address. The recipient may then request a second delivery or pick up the package from the post office designated on the notification. The package must be picked up within 15 days; after this period, it is returned to the sender. Any costs associated with a second delivery are at the buyer's expense. Delivery times are purely indicative and any delays will not give cause for damages or compensation. Memo International SA is not liable for strikes, bad weather, or any other emergency cases that would cause delivery delays. Items are delivered to the address provided by the customer at the time of order.
Option 2. Package delivery to home address within 24 to 48 hours, with delivery on signature. The package can be tracked using the identification number provided when the package is shipped.
Europe
Option 1. Package delivery to home address within two to eight days depending on the destination, with delivery on signature.

The package can be tracked using the identification number provided when the package is shipped. Delivery times vary depending on the destination. Customs duties and other local taxes may be required and are the customer's responsibility, except for the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway, where they are covered by Memo Paris.

Reception of the Order
The customer is responsible for verifying the state of the order and its contents upon arrival. The customer must note any concerns or issues on the delivery notification if the package appears to have been opened, damaged, or otherwise mishandled. If the ordered items are damaged, do not accept the package and clearly state the reason. We encourage you to contact our Customer Service within 72 hours of receiving your package with details of your complaint. Signature without reservation constitutes acceptance of the package as is, and Memo International SA cannot be held liable for any incidental damage from shipping and transportation.
