Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days, without giving any reason. This period starts on the day you (or a third party you designate, other than the carrier) take physical possession of the last item of your order.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, simply complete the form below, or notify us of your decision by an unambiguous statement (by post or email) using the model form below. You will receive a confirmation email once your request has been recorded.

Refund

We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw, using the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction. We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earliest. You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day you communicate your withdrawal.

Please note – fragrances & cosmetics

For health and hygiene reasons, sealed goods that have been unsealed after delivery (such as opened fragrances or cosmetics) may not be eligible for the right of withdrawal. Your request will still be received, and our customer care team will confirm the eligibility of your order with you.
